Lab test engineer, to make sure test task finished timely, accurately and scientifically, support lab management, technology team.

Key Responsibilities
? Analyze test standards (GB, ASTM, ISO, EN and company standards) and convert them to WI.
? Read and analyze US drawings, identify test requirements and determine test methods.
? Make test plan, summarize test data and write test reports.
? Solve the test problem when necessary.
? Ensure maintenance and calibration of lab equipment.
? Design fixtures according to requirement and do the acceptance test of fixture.
? Do comparison test with vendors, US and European labs, and make sure the accuracy of test.
? Prepare samples and do test if necessary.
? MSA analysis.
? Responsible for parts and samples management.
? Responsible for 5s and safety management of lab area.
? Other work assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications (Education/ Experience/ Key Competencies)
? Bachelor’s degree or above, with an engineering and/or scientific background, major in Materials, Mechanics or Automobile is a plus.
? At least 3 years of lab test experience, mechanical or automotive related industry is a plus.
? Be familiar with CMM test, metal metallographic test, metal composition test etc.
? Read and write English without difficulty. Able to Listen and speak English are better.
? Be familiar with ISO 17025.
? Be familiar with CAD or other drawing software, able to read English drawings and design simple fixtures.
? Solid knowledge in GD&T and the measurement method.
? Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, ability to work under pressure, and willingness to learn and improve.
? Skillful in Office.
