Key responsibilities:
· Achieve profitable growth in business.
· Focus on CTOH business, achieve sales target and ensuring product profit are necessary tasks.
· Develop new channel customers, ensure the introduction of new products to the market.
· Negotiate with customers on annual sales agreement and make sure the customers can hit the sales target.
· Cooperate with product management and marketing team to launch new NPI in retail sales channel.
· Communicate with logistic team tightly and make sure and the customers both in reasonable stock level.
· Visit the customers frequently and deliver the customer voice to relevant function team timely.
· Establish and keep positive relationship with customers.
· Keep track of market dynamics and adjust strategy in time.
· Working customer-oriented and cross-functionally with company internal functions to facilitate the sales and customer support.
Qualification:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, or similar field required.
· Minimum 5-year relevant experience in multi-national Automotive components company, familiar with Auto parts AM and CTOH business.
· Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
· Willing to travel and work under pressure.
· Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
