Key responsibilities: - Manage all online store operation including: · building online cross-store strategy · brand development plan · Sales and activities tracking. - Take online stores sales responsibility. - Handel develop new stores and new product, NPI and NPLI. - Organize online brand campaign during several key period, 618, 11.11, 12.12 etc. - Analyze and manage the key products of online e-shops, organize the product structure, optimize the display of online products and make promotion plans. - Improve the brand exposure and market share through gaining the network flow resources and taking full advantage of market investment. - Responsible for online e-shops’ management and optimizing to improve business and brand promotion. - Establish and keep positive relationship with E-commerce Platform, such as JD, Tmall, Douyin, Redbook and etc. - Keep track of market dynamics, and adjust e-commerce strategy in time Ideal candidate experience: - Bachelor’s degree - More than 5 years experiences in E-Commerce operations, focus on eCommerce/Digital which Auto industry is preferred. - Proven strong experience and relationship with key Ecommerce platforms. - Familiar with online traffic development, online selling methodology. - Fluent in both Mandarin and English. - Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint Skills and capabilities (leadership and/or functional): - Emotional Intelligence / Influence & Communication Skills - Negotiation Skills and good at impersonal communication - Result driven, able to work under pressure and self-motivation - Logical thinking with good analytical skills on sales data - Market Awareness - Proactive and positive working attitude
