Position summary:

Key responsibilities:

Process performance testing and quality control.
? 不合格品的處理及糾正、預(yù)防、改善措施的跟進(jìn)。
Deal with nonconforming products and follow up corrective, preventive and improvement measures.
? 發(fā)現(xiàn)批量不良（同一缺陷連續(xù)2?；?件發(fā)生或累積不良數(shù)達(dá)到20件），有權(quán)立即停線，并通知主管。
If a batch of defective products is found (the same defect for 2 consecutive molds or 5 consecutive pcs or the cumulative number of defective products reaches 20), has the right to stop the line immediately and notify the supervisor

? 過程定時(shí)巡查。
Regular process inspection.
? 遵守公司的EHS相關(guān)規(guī)定確保執(zhí)行ISO14001、IATF16949 & ISO45001相關(guān)要求。
Comply with company EHS regulations to ensure compliance with ISO14001, IATF16949 & ISO45001 requirements.
Ideal candidate experience:
? 2年以上生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)與品質(zhì)管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
At least 2 years working experience in production site and quality management.
Skills and capabilities (leadership and/or functional):
? 熟悉公司的工藝工序，工作原理。
Familiar with the company's process, working principle.
? 熟練使用Office辦公軟件。
Familiar with Office software.
? 能吃苦耐勞，能適應(yīng)倒班，具有團(tuán)隊(duì)精神。
