Job Summary: This role will be responsible for Management and overseeing the sales strategy, business development, and operations related to Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) within the China region. The role requires a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical market in China, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving sales growth.

Develop and implement the overall sales strategy for API products in the Chinese market.
Provide strategic direction and guidance to the sales team, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and objectives.

Sales Management 銷售管理:
Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets and market share goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities. Overseeing sales targets and performance in the China market.

Market Intelligence 市場(chǎng)調(diào)查:
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics affecting the API’s sales landscape in China.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and competitive factors

Working closely with the R&D and product development teams to align the product portfolio with market needs and regulatory requirements in China.

Regulatory Compliance 合規(guī):
Ensuring that all business activities comply with relevant local
and international laws and regulations, particularly those related to pharmaceutical products and formulations.

when necessary.

Willingness to travel frequently within China and possibly internationally. Actively

Qualifications
任職資格:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 本科或碩士學(xué)歷,專業(yè)為商業(yè)、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域。
