崗位職責:
1、制定并執(zhí)行戰(zhàn)略銷售計劃,以達成或超越您指定區(qū)域的銷售目標;Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve or exceed sales targets in your assigned territory;
2、識別、聯(lián)系并管理與分銷商和直接客戶(例如醫(yī)生、美容師、診所老板)的關系;Identify, approach, and manage relationships with distributors and direct customers (e.g., physicians, aestheticians, clinic owners);
3、向潛在客戶展示、推廣和演示激光脫毛和換膚設備;Present, promote, and demonstrate laser hair removal and skin resurfacing devices to prospective clients;
4、為客戶提供基礎產(chǎn)品培訓,并協(xié)助安排臨床培訓課程;Provide basic product training to customers and assist in arranging clinical training sessions;
5、培訓和支持分銷商,使其能夠有效地銷售和維護我們的產(chǎn)品;Train and support distributors to effectively sell and service our products;
6、參加貿易展覽會、行業(yè)活動和產(chǎn)品培訓,以挖掘潛在客戶并提升品牌知名度;Attend trade shows, industry events, and product training to generate leads and build brand awareness;
7、與市場營銷、臨床和客戶服務團隊進行跨職能合作,提供卓越的客戶體驗;Work cross-functionally with marketing, clinical, and customer service teams to deliver exceptional customer experience;
8、收集并報告市場情報,包括競爭對手活動、定價和客戶反饋。Gather and report market intelligence including competitor activity, pricing, and customer feedback.
任職要求:
1、至少2-5年美容或醫(yī)療器械銷售經(jīng)驗;Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in aesthetic or medical devices; laser device experience preferred;
2、優(yōu)秀的溝通、演示和談判技巧;Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;
3、具備達成交易和建立可持續(xù)客戶關系的卓越能力;Proven ability to close deals and build sustainable client relationships;
4、積極主動地解決問題,并具備組織能力;CProactive problem-solving and organizational skills;
5、積極主動,能夠獨立工作并承受壓力;Self-motivated and able to work independently and under pressure;
6、愿意在指定區(qū)域內定期出差。Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
