機加工工藝數(shù)控工藝
SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO（具體職責(zé)包括但不限于）:
  • 編制工藝文件，包括工藝規(guī)程、SOP、WI、工藝流程圖、PFMEA、定額和工藝路線，設(shè)計工裝及特殊刀具，制訂產(chǎn)品工時定額；
  • Compile process files, including process procedure, SOP, WI, process flow chart, PFMEA, BOM and routine, design tooling and special cutting tools, and manufacturing working hours for product;
  • 解決現(xiàn)場各類與加工有關(guān)的技術(shù)與質(zhì)量問題，監(jiān)督工藝執(zhí)行情況，指導(dǎo)生產(chǎn)及培訓(xùn)作業(yè)員；
  • Solve various technical and quality problems related to machining on site, audit process implementation, guide production, and train operators;
  • 工藝、工裝、刀具優(yōu)化改進(jìn)；提高生產(chǎn)效率，降低加工成本，改進(jìn)生產(chǎn)布局；
  • Optimize and improve process, tooling and cutting tools; enhance production efficiency, reduce machining cost, and improve workshop layout;
  • 推動新技術(shù)、新工藝的開發(fā)和應(yīng)用；
  • Implement development and application of new technology and new process;
  • 根據(jù)加工和裝配特點，提出產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計建議；
  • Propose product design suggestions according to the characteristics of machining and assembly;
  • 有效支持國產(chǎn)化項目的實施，跟進(jìn)產(chǎn)品樣件的加工
  • Support the implementation of localization projects effectively, and follow up the machining of product samples;
  • CAD/CAM項目支持
  • Support CAD/CAM project
  • 支持運營及其它相關(guān)部門，如BM、維修中心等
  • Support operation and other relevant departments, e.g. BM and service center.
  • 完成部門經(jīng)理以及上級安排的相關(guān)工作
  • Complete the related tasks appointed by Department Manager and function leader
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS（學(xué)歷及工作經(jīng)驗要求）：
  • 本科及以上學(xué)歷，機械類相關(guān)專業(yè)
  • Bachelor degree or above, mechanical and related majors;
  • 五年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)歷;
  • Over 5 years of related work experience;
  • 良好的理論知識和實際經(jīng)驗;
  • Favorable theoretical knowledge and practical experience;
  • 精通office，SAP和CAD;
  • Be proficient in office, SAP and CAD;
  • 英語聽、說、讀、寫良好，并精通專業(yè)英語;
  • Be good at English listening, speaking, reading and writing, and be proficient in professional English;
  • 了解質(zhì)量體系及相關(guān)知識;
  • Know quality system and the related knowledge;
  • 機加工方向—掌握數(shù)控編程、設(shè)備操作及CAM;
  • Major in machining, master CNC programming, equipment operation and CAM;
  • 從事機械類相關(guān)工作二十年以上，上述條件可適當(dāng)放寬
  • Engage in the relevant works in machinery for over 20 years (the conditions above can be broadened properly)
  • 良好的溝通能力及團隊合作精神;
