2、能夠準(zhǔn)確完成產(chǎn)品裝配圖及材料表。
Be able to finish GA Drawing design and materials list.
3、和內(nèi)外部相關(guān)團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)行溝通，及時(shí)落實(shí)設(shè)計(jì)工程師不能自已解決的問題。確保項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)按時(shí)完成。
Communicate with external or internal team to solve issue that design engineer raised and cannot solved by themselves timely for competing project design timely and accurately.
4、能夠準(zhǔn)確完成圖紙的審核和批準(zhǔn),設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算審核批準(zhǔn)。
Drawing checking and Approval for GA and Detail parts; Check and approve test assembly drawing and detail parts drawing; Check calculation.
5、根據(jù)市場(chǎng)及客戶需求，推進(jìn)產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化，性能優(yōu)化和成本優(yōu)化工作。
Products standardization, optimization, and VE according to market and customers’ demands.
6、對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)或特殊設(shè)計(jì)的產(chǎn)品提出工程解決方案/說明，包括根據(jù)成本效益決定生產(chǎn)物料。
Generation of engineering proposals / specifications for standard or special products, including determining cost-effective materials for production.
7、在生產(chǎn)階段為運(yùn)營(yíng)團(tuán)隊(duì)提供技術(shù)支持。
Provide technical support to the operation team during the assembly period.
8、批準(zhǔn)/拒絕采購(gòu)或制造生產(chǎn)時(shí)的不符合圖紙要求的成品零件。
Approve / reject purchased or manufactured parts that do not conform to the requirements of the drawings.
9、排除現(xiàn)場(chǎng)故障，包括問題分析、提出并執(zhí)行合理的解決方案，圓滿解決問題。
Field troubleshooting, including analysis of problems / recommendation & implementation of appropriate solutions to resolve satisfactorily.
10、進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的失效分析工作，包括調(diào)研、書寫分析報(bào)告和解決方案。
Detailed failure analysis activities, including investigation / reporting / resolution.
11、支持新同事的培訓(xùn)工作，包括設(shè)計(jì)、計(jì)算及應(yīng)用等。
Support to train new colleagues, including seal design, calculation, application etc.
12、完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)指定的其它工作.
Be able to finish other job assigned by Leaders.
任職要求：
Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Machinery.
本科或碩士以上，專業(yè)：機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)及自動(dòng)化、化工機(jī)械、過程裝備與控制工程、熱能動(dòng)力工程、流體機(jī)械
English ability：General Listening and Oral, Skilled Read and Write.
英文能力：具備基本聽說能力，讀寫熟練。
Minimum 3~5 years’ experience with mechanical seals, process equipment design knowledge
至少3~5年密封設(shè)計(jì)或過程工業(yè)設(shè)備設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
Strong knowledge of personal computers, drawing software such as Sold Edge, PDM, MS Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint etc.
熟練運(yùn)用個(gè)人電腦、繪圖相關(guān)軟件，如Solid Edge, PDM等；熟練使用微軟辦公軟件(Word、Excel、PowerPoint)。
Be familiar to product characters and design requirements.
熟悉公司產(chǎn)品的特性及設(shè)計(jì)要求。
Master usage of internet tools about technology.
熟悉掌握與技術(shù)相關(guān)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)工具的應(yīng)用。
Capable of handling multiple priorities simultaneously in a high-stress environment.
