Market Intelligence & Analysis:
?Conduct comprehensive market research to analyze market size, customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities or threats.
?Translate market insights into strategic recommendations that drive business growth
Trend Monitoring & Business Insights:
?Proactively track industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements relevant to BioDuro’s business
?Provide regular updates and ad-hoc reports to the BU to support data-driven decision-making
Strategic Pricing:
?Develop a deep understanding of the competitive pricing landscape and help the BU optimize pricing strategies
?Provide data-driven pricing recommendations that balance competitiveness and profitability
任職要求:
?Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, or a related field required; Advanced degree (M.S., Ph.D., or MBA) preferred
?3-10 years of experience in market intelligence, business analysis, or product management within the CRO/CDMO industry
?Strong familiarity with industry databases, market research tools, and competitive intelligence platforms to extract actionable insights
?Proven ability to conduct strategic market analysis, assess competitor positioning, and identify emerging industry trends.
?Experience in pricing strategy development and optimizing pricing models for both competitiveness and profitability.
Key Skills & Competencies:
?Strong analytical and due diligence capabilities to evaluate market opportunities and business risks
?Proficiency in data visualization, reporting, and presenting complex findings in a clear, actionable manner
?Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to collaborate cross-functionally and present insights to senior leadership
?Ability to stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements relevant to the pharmaceutical, biotech, and CDMO sectors
