Responsibility: ? Be responsible for recruitment planning, tactics, analysis ? Be responsible for the company recruitment channel’s selection, assessment and maintenance ? Be responsible for job posting (internal & external), sourcing, candidates profiles, selecting, interviewing, evaluating, offering, referral process and pre-employment activities ? Build and maintain candidate database and talent map ? Prepare recruiting and hiring reports ? Organize and Execute campus recruitment (keeping professional relationships with college, university, and community college placement offices as a source) ? Dotted line report to Beijing site HRBP and as back up ? Support SSC colleagues when needed ? Other tasks which line manager assigned Requirements: ? Demonstrated solid recruiting ability is a must. ? Pharmaceutical industry experience or related education background is preferred. ? Good command of English. ? BS degree with minimum 5 years experiences in recruitment. ? Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, diverse and growth-oriented environment. ?
