A Snapshot of Your Day
Support controlling manager to performs financial reporting of SGTC business and all concrete accounting & financial related implementations to ensure correct operation of company finance and accounting system
How You’ll Make an Impact
1. Assist in month end closing tasks ensuring accurate accounting booking and reporting.
2. Deliver monthly forecast, budget planning in accordance with timetables and group guidance, covering both P&L
and balance sheet.
3. Provide monthly analysis of financial performance, proactively drive the process improvement to achieve the financial
KPIs
4. Perform price calculation for products & services, PPQ orders and other quotation on demand of customers
5. Monitor and control on cost of orders, ensure the correct cost booking, eg. production orders, PPQ IO etc.
6. Monitor and control on inventories and consumable materials, including stocktaking, internal auditing
7. Support on HNTE related topics, eg. ontime delivery of R&D cost reports, IP status track
8. Submit various financial reports according to the local/group financial requirements
9. Perform other ad-hoc assignment as required
What You Bring
1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related major
2. 8+ years working experience in financial planning & analysis for manufacturing industry
3. Strong expertise on factory cost control
4. Working experience of HNTE application, R&D cost reporting is a plus
5. Power user of SAP (FICO & MM modules) and Excel
6. Effective verbal and written communication skills in English& Chinese
