How You'll Make an Impact
- Establishing methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel
- Conducting cost/inventory/production control and human factors studies to develop and implements plans for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods
- Assisting manufacturing plant/facilities engineers with facility planning and design
- May assist in establishing accident prevention measures and manage production operations training programs for plant personnel
- Provide IE technical support to responsible manufacturing processes (Weight: 40%)
- Draws up implementation plans for procuring and renewing equipment, including technical specification (requirement specification) of the required equipment. (Weight: 30%)
- Initiate, drive and complete technical improvements as well as innovation projects (Weight: 20%)
- Provide technical support or cooperate to related departments in terms of offer, design, purchasing, quality control, lean manufacturing and onsite installation. (Weight: 10%)
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other related disciplines.
- 3+ years’ experience in industrial engineering of transformer manufacturing or similar area
- Fluent English (both verbal and written).
