A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Supplier Quality Engineer, you will strengthen the supply chain quality line. Your daily work includes participating deeply in supplier selection and qualification, leading quality audits, tracking NCRs and promoting corrective actions, coordinating internal procurement quality activities, and supporting suppliers' value-added analysis. With professional knowledge and proactive communication skills, you will connect the company and suppliers, safeguarding quality stability and improvement.
How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Involve supplier selection and qualification processes, ensure supplier's quality can meet Siemens requirement
• Lead quality audits (system, process)
• Tracking all NCR and drive corrective actions
• Assist manager to implement other quality issue
• Coordinate with internal plant on purchasing quality activities
• Support SP for supplier value added analysis

What You Bring:

• 3 years experience in similar position and supplier quality management experience.
• Good knowledge about casting, welding, machining process and surface treatment.
• Good communication, interpersonal skills, pro-active.
• Bachelor Degree or above, major in Mechanical or Mech-Elec engineering.
• Familiar with ISO9001 or VDA 6.3, ISO9001 internal auditor is a must.
