(1)崗位要求:

? 工作經(jīng)驗:要求具備5年及以上路橋施工經(jīng)驗,特別是公路與橋梁工程項目經(jīng)驗;有海外工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮。
? 學歷要求:土木工程、交通工程或相關專業(yè)本科及以上學歷。
? 技術能力:
? 熟悉公路、橋梁施工規(guī)范與標準;
? 掌握施工技術、質量管理及進度控制等相關技能;
? 熟練使用AutoCAD、Civil 3D及其他工程軟件。
? 語言能力:英語聽說讀寫熟練,能與國際團隊流暢溝通。
? 其他能力:具備較強的溝通協(xié)調能力、團隊協(xié)作能力及抗壓能力;身體健康,能夠長期駐外工作。
(2)崗位職責:
? 負責公路與橋梁工程的現(xiàn)場施工管理,包括質量控制、施工進度管理、安全管理等;
? 協(xié)助制定并實施施工計劃、技術方案及相關施工技術文件;
? 協(xié)調與項目相關方的溝通,包括設計單位、業(yè)主、監(jiān)理及分包商;
? 配合完成項目施工過程中的技術交底及問題解決;
? 編制與提交施工日志、報告及工程資料;
? 參與工程驗收,確保項目按時保質完成。
(3)職位空間:
? 根據(jù)個人工作表現(xiàn)和項目貢獻,可晉升至項目經(jīng)理等更高崗位,并享有相應的薪酬提升。
(4)薪酬待遇:
? 月薪:人民幣18,000元-25,000元(稅后)。
? 合同周期:勞動合同為3年(可續(xù)簽),合同期滿每年可享受36天帶薪休假,公司承擔探親國際往返機票費用。

Job Description
(1) Job Requirements:
? Gender: No limitation.
? Age: 40 years old or younger.
? Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in road and bridge construction, especially on highway and bridge projects; overseas work experience is preferred.
? Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field.
? Technical Skills:
? Familiarity with highway and bridge construction standards and codes.
? Proficiency in construction technology, quality management, and progress control.
? Skilled in using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering software.
? Language Skills: Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) to communicate effectively in an international team.
? Other Qualities: Strong communication, coordination, teamwork, and stress management skills. Physically fit and able to work abroad for extended periods.
(2) Job Responsibilities:
? Manage on-site construction for highway and bridge projects, including quality control, progress management, and safety supervision.
? Assist in the development and implementation of construction plans, technical solutions, and related documents.
? Facilitate communication with project stakeholders, including designers, owners, supervisors, and subcontractors.
? Provide technical guidance and resolve issues during construction processes.
? Prepare and submit construction logs, reports, and project documentation.
? Participate in project acceptance to ensure timely and quality completion.
(3) Career Development:
? Opportunities for promotion to Project Manager or Technical Director positions based on individual performance and contributions, with corresponding salary adjustments.
(4) Compensation and Benefits:
? Monthly Salary: RMB 18,000-25,000 (after tax).
? Contract Period: 3 years (renewable). Employees are entitled to 36 days of paid leave per year, with round-trip international airfare for home leave fully covered by the company.
? Insurance and Benefits: Comprehensive coverage with six types of insurance and one housing fund (domestic five insurances and one housing fund + overseas commercial insurance).
