Customer Support Manager
Reponsibility:
? You support the Sales Manager in the preparation, creation and follow-up of offers.
? You are responsible for the management of existing customer relationships as point of contact (POC), taking into account technical and economic framework conditions with the aim of increasing customer satisfaction
? You are the interface to the customer in the processing of customer orders and contracts and providing status updates
? You are responsible for commercial support throughout the entire business relationship and are in regular contact with customers assigned to you in consultation with the Sales Manager.
? You work closely with internal interfaces such as engineering, product management, supply chain management and aftermarket service s to support the timely resolution of problems/issues related to product design and/or manufacture
? Collect customer feedback and make process changes to exceed customer satisfaction goals
? Maintain ERP system (Epicor/SAP) with current request, quote and order/shipment related information
? Be available to travel to customer locations, as required
Requirements:
? 3 years prior customer support experience
? You have a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or technical field, or equivalent work experience
? Prior experience working with customers in a global environment
? You have already gained professional experience in an industrial environment, ideally in aviation and / or in the metalworking industry
? We assume experience in dealing with MS Office and ERP systems
Experience with Epicor or SAP is desirable.
? You are customer-oriented, convincing through an analytical, structured and solution-oriented way of working, have a good communication talent, are also characterized by high reliability and work effectively under time pressures.
? You have the ability to interact effectively at various levels within the customer’s organization Fluency in spoken and written English is essential in an international environment; another foreign language is an advantage

客戶支持經(jīng)理
工作職責(zé):
? 協(xié)助銷售經(jīng)理準(zhǔn)備、創(chuàng)建和跟進(jìn)報(bào)價(jià)。
? 作為客戶的主要聯(lián)系點(diǎn)(POC),負(fù)責(zé)現(xiàn)有客戶關(guān)系的管理,考慮技術(shù)與經(jīng)濟(jì)框架條件,以提升客戶滿意度為目標(biāo)。
? 是客戶在處理客戶訂單和合同過程中的接口,并提供狀態(tài)更新。
? 負(fù)責(zé)在整個(gè)業(yè)務(wù)關(guān)系中提供商業(yè)支持,并與分配給的客戶保持定期聯(lián)系(需與銷售經(jīng)理協(xié)商)。
? 與內(nèi)部接口部門(如工程、產(chǎn)品管理、供應(yīng)鏈管理和售后支持)密切合作,以支持與產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)和/或制造相關(guān)的問題及時(shí)解決。
? 收集客戶反饋,并進(jìn)行流程改進(jìn),以超越客戶滿意度目標(biāo)。
? 維護(hù)ERP系統(tǒng)(Epicor/SAP),確保其中包含最新的請(qǐng)求、報(bào)價(jià)以及訂單/發(fā)貨相關(guān)信息。
? 根據(jù)需要,可前往客戶所在地出差。
崗位要求:
? 3 年以上客戶支持相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
? 擁有本科學(xué)歷,最好是商務(wù)或技術(shù)領(lǐng)域相關(guān)專業(yè),或具備同等工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
? 有在全球環(huán)境下與客戶合作的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
? 在工業(yè)環(huán)境中已積累專業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn),理想情況下是在航空和/或金屬加工行業(yè)。
? 具備使用微軟辦公軟件(MS Office)和企業(yè)資源規(guī)劃(ERP)系統(tǒng)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。有 Epicor 或 SAP 系統(tǒng)使用經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
? 以客戶為中心,憑借分析性、條理性和解決方案導(dǎo)向的工作方式令人信服,具備良好的溝通能力,以高度的可靠性為特點(diǎn),并能在時(shí)間壓力下高效工作。
? 能夠有效地與客戶組織內(nèi)的各個(gè)層級(jí)進(jìn)行互動(dòng)。
? 在國際環(huán)境中,流利的英語口語和書面表達(dá)能力是必不可少的;掌握另一門外語將是一個(gè)加分項(xiàng) 。
