Job Description
Position: Sales Coordinator China
Location: Beijing, P.R. China
Responsibilities:
? Completion of market analysis and sales strategy with supervision by lead of the region
? Follow up the activities related to the major selling projects including
o Prepare the customer report quarterly and annually
o Prepare the market forecasting report focus on growth coordinating with ASM/CSM monthly
? Follow up the execution activities after a project regarding new relationship setup, partnership is defined.
? Running project/marketing activities in order to develop the new customer base with the support/guidance by the marketing functions in HQs.
? Other ad hoc tasks.
Requirement:
? Master degree of business school
? Customer focus and strong service orientation mindset
? Very good skill using PC and MC Office application esp. Excel, Word and PPT;
? Experience in ERP, SAP preferred.
? Fluent English skill in read, speak and written
? Excellent communication capability using logical and knowledge rather than hierarchy of rights
? Loyal and personality

? 跟進(jìn)與主要銷售項(xiàng)目相關(guān)的活動(dòng),包括
? 準(zhǔn)備季度和年度客戶報(bào)告
? 與ASM/CSM協(xié)調(diào),每月準(zhǔn)備市場預(yù)測報(bào)告,重點(diǎn)放在增長潛力
? 在新的關(guān)系建立和合作伙伴關(guān)系項(xiàng)目確立后,按項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃跟進(jìn)項(xiàng)目活動(dòng)落實(shí)
? 在總部營銷職能部門的支持/指導(dǎo)下,開展相關(guān)項(xiàng)目/營銷活動(dòng),重點(diǎn)是開發(fā)新的客戶群
? 其他臨時(shí)任務(wù)。
素質(zhì)要求:
? 商學(xué)院畢業(yè),碩士學(xué)位
? 以客戶為中心和強(qiáng)烈的服務(wù)導(dǎo)向心態(tài)
? 非常好的使用PC和MS辦公應(yīng)用程序的技能,如Excel、Word、PPT
? 有ERP,SAP經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先
? 流利的英語會(huì)話、讀、寫能力。
? 優(yōu)秀的溝通能力,擅長運(yùn)用邏輯思維和知識(shí)力量,而不是權(quán)利等級(jí)
