廣州子公司現(xiàn)招聘市場推廣及新媒體運(yùn)營專員。
崗位職責(zé):
1. 公司官網(wǎng)、公眾號(hào),抖音、小紅書的創(chuàng)建及日常運(yùn)營;Facebook, Instagram,TikTok等海外平臺(tái)的創(chuàng)建及日常運(yùn)營。
2. 新媒體平臺(tái)內(nèi)容創(chuàng)作、海報(bào)文案撰寫,設(shè)計(jì)圖文并茂的內(nèi)容、拍攝制作視頻等,確保內(nèi)容質(zhì)量和與讀者的溝通交流。
3. 負(fù)責(zé)素材搜集整合,高效產(chǎn)出符合旅游愛好者、尤其是注重高品質(zhì)旅游人群喜愛的圖文內(nèi)容。
4. 內(nèi)容策劃、渠道投放,市場推廣。
5. 基礎(chǔ)PS拍圖修圖、企業(yè)宣傳文案工作。
6. 協(xié)助業(yè)務(wù)部門共同策劃方案,完成上級(jí)交辦工作。
任職要求:
1. 大專以上學(xué)歷,平面設(shè)計(jì)、市場營銷相關(guān)專業(yè)。
2. 有1-2年新媒體運(yùn)營經(jīng)驗(yàn),視頻號(hào)、小紅書0-1等各平臺(tái)搭建,了解各平臺(tái)基礎(chǔ)算法、運(yùn)營模式及推廣模式,有旅游行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先考慮。
3.喜歡構(gòu)思,創(chuàng)意,具備較強(qiáng)的運(yùn)營、邏輯思維。
4. 良好的文字功底,善于溝通協(xié)調(diào),責(zé)任心強(qiáng)。
5. 溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力強(qiáng),能組織策劃活動(dòng),具有很強(qiáng)的執(zhí)行力及主動(dòng)性。
6. 優(yōu)秀的自我學(xué)習(xí)能力、良好團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。
7. 英語4級(jí)以上,能跟外國人正常交流。
8. 運(yùn)營過相關(guān)海外平臺(tái)的優(yōu)先。
Job Responsibilities:
1. Create and manage the company's official website, WeChat official account, Douyin (TikTok China), Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book); manage and operate overseas platforms such as Facebook, Instagram,and TikTok.
2. Create content for new media platforms, write copy for posters, design visually appealing content, shoot and produce videos, ensuring content quality and communication with readers.
3. Collect and integrate materials to efficiently produce graphic and textual content that appeals to travel enthusiasts, particularly those who value high-quality travel experiences.
4. Plan content, channel placement, and market promotion.
5. Perform basic photo editing and corporate promotional copywriting tasks.
6. Assist the business department in planning schemes and complete tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
1. Associate degree or higher in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related fields.
2. 1-2 years of experience in new media operation, including building platforms such as Video Channel and Xiaohongshu from scratch; understanding of basic algorithms, operation models, and promotion methods of various platforms. Experience in the travel industry is preferred.
3. Creative thinker with strong operational and logical thinking skills.
4. Strong writing skills, good at communication and coordination, and highly responsible.
5. Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of organizing and planning events, and demonstrating strong execution and proactivity.
6. Outstanding self-learning ability and good team spirit.
7. Proficiency in English (CET-4 or above), able to communicate with foreigners effectively.
8. Experience in operating related overseas platforms is preferred.
