Company : Changsha Yue Zhi Bow Motor Sales and Services Company Limited 1、以服務(wù)客戶為根本,對(duì)工作盡職盡責(zé); 2、熟練掌握汽車知識(shí),評(píng)估維修要求,及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確地對(duì)維修車輛進(jìn)行報(bào)價(jià),估算維修費(fèi)用或征求有關(guān)上級(jí)建議和意見,并得到客戶確認(rèn)后,開具維修工單,并耐心向客戶說明收費(fèi)項(xiàng)目及依據(jù); 3、認(rèn)真接待客戶車輛,清楚仔細(xì)檢查車輛外觀、內(nèi)室并認(rèn)真登記,同時(shí)提醒客戶將車內(nèi)的重要物品保管好; 4、掌握車間的維修進(jìn)度,確保完成客戶交修項(xiàng)目,按時(shí)將狀況完好的車輛交付客戶,對(duì)未能及時(shí)交付的車輛應(yīng)提前與客戶溝通,講清楚原因。嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行交接車規(guī)范; 5、協(xié)助用戶做好車輛的結(jié)算工作,熱情服務(wù),提高客戶的滿意度; 6、不斷學(xué)習(xí)新的知識(shí),新政策,努力提高自身業(yè)務(wù)水平,按時(shí)參加部門內(nèi)及外部的培訓(xùn),完成廠家資質(zhì)認(rèn)證; 7、按公司要求參加完成相關(guān)培訓(xùn)任務(wù);完成上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)或公司安排的其他工作。 About us : Sime is a partner of choice for the world's best brands in the Automotive and Industrial Equipment sectors.
