About the role
This role helps provide a seamless People Ops experience at Moloco by managing logisticsaround many processes, such as onboarding, offboarding, and immigration, You will work aspart of our People Ops team and alongside our larger People team (People Ops, Talent,Operations) to build an exceptional employee experience for lolocans as the team scales. Anideal candidate for this role is flexible, eager to learn, highly detail-oriented, and can switchrapidly from in-the-moment collaboration to focused solo work. Moloco is rapidly growing.and you'll constantly be facing new challenges as the needs of the organization morph.
What you’ll do
Collecting, tracking, and maintaining employee data/ HR systems/documentationOwning the administration of our APAC(China, Singapore, others)onboarding/offboarding processes.Collaborating with multiple parties to ensure smooth and timely employeeoffboarding processes, in addition to the administration of employee benefits programReviewing and updating our process checklists as processes evolveProcessing and communicating employee changes within our systems/internalprocesses
Partnering with global payroll team to ensure an accurate record ofemployee changesfor payroll
Maintaining and developing our internal People system(workday)Developing a deep knowledge of and managing immigration cases at Moloco, inpartnership wth ourimmigration counselChampioning and spreading awareness of our people practices and policies
What you'll need to succeed
Impeccable personal integrity and sound, accurate judgment
Meticulously detail-oriented and highly organized
Passion to learn and grow knowledge of HR fundamentals3-5 years prior experience in an HR or people operational roleAbility to identify and execute process improvements
Proven ability to manage projects and multiple priorities simultaneously
Proactive and confident about taking on responsibility and delivering resultsWorkday experience is required.Ability to catch up local labor law changes and market practices for China andSingapore
Familiarity with APAC immigration law and processes is a plusFluency in English and Chinese

招聘要求:
1、英語好,與境外總部能用英文溝通順暢(硬性要求)
