About HKUST(GZ) and Society Hub
Formally established in June 2022, the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou) (HKUST(GZ)) is a cooperatively-run university between the Chinese mainland and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. In response to the increasingly complex challenges faced by the rapidly changing world, HKUST(GZ) adopts a brand-new and cross-disciplinary academic structure featuring “Hub” and “Thrust” to substitute the conventional one characterized by “school” and “department”, facilitating cross-disciplinary integration while vigorously developing emerging and frontier disciplines. This is a groundbreaking move in the higher education community across the globe.
The Society Hub, as one of the four major Hubs of HKUST(GZ), serves the national development strategy and actively responds to market demand. With a core focus on technological innovation that prioritizes human beings, nature, economy, finance, and policy, Society Hub has established four thrust areas: Carbon Neutrality and Climate Change Thrust; Financial Technology Thrust; Innovation, Policy and Entrepreneurship Thrust; and Urban Governance and Design Thrust. Each thrust is centered on different priorities.
About MBA+
Master of Business Administration in Innovation and Entrepreneurship (MBA+) is a newly approved program by the Ministry of Education. It breaks through the traditional framework of business management education and integrates the cutting-edge interdisciplinary resources of HKUST(GZ) with the established business education system and experience of HKUST. Through project-based learning, the program emphasizes practical training to cultivate two core competencies of students: venture capital thinking and entrepreneurial design thinking.
In addition, students will be engaged in in-depth study within the “X” areas such as fintech, new energy, AI, smart manufacturing, and advanced materials. This will help them develop an integrated interdisciplinary mindset, allowing them to emerge as the next generation of entrepreneurs, investors, and business leaders with both professional depth and cross-disciplinary perspectives.
The MBA+ program is expected to become a benchmark initiative for cultivating innovative talent for China's overseas investments and for the development of the Greater Bay Area, empowering the region's new productive forces with wings of innovation and entrepreneurship.
Job Posting Details
Major responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
1. Collaborate with the Program Director to develop marketing and admissions strategies.
2. Manage daily operations of media platforms (e.g., content planning, copywriting, editing, publishing, and engagement).
3. Analyze media platform performance and applicant data to optimize strategies and improve candidate quality.
4. Plan and execute marketing/admissions campaigns (e.g., info sessions, open days, webinars, and interactive events) to enhance MBA+ program visibility.
5. Design and produce promotional materials.
6. Handle inquiries of applicants and assist with application process.
7. Coordinate admission interviews and follow up the admission process.
8. Other ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
工作職責(zé)包括但不限于:
1. 配合項目主任制定市場運營及招生策略;
2. 負責(zé)各類媒體平臺的日常運營,如內(nèi)容策劃、撰寫、編輯、發(fā)布、互動等;
3. 跟蹤和分析平臺及咨詢數(shù)據(jù),及時調(diào)整運營策略,優(yōu)化生源質(zhì)量;
4. 策劃和執(zhí)行營銷及招生活動,例如宣講會、開放日、講座、話題互動等,提升MBA+的知名度和影響力;
5. 設(shè)計和制作宣傳資料;
6. 負責(zé)意向申請者的咨詢、跟進、轉(zhuǎn)化與維護;
7. 組織招生面試,跟進錄取流程等;
8. 上級安排的其他任務(wù)。
任職要求:
Requirements
1. Applicants should have a bachelor's degree with at least 6 years’ work experience in admissions, marketing or business development function;
2. Innovative thinker with creative ideas for content development;
3. Experience with event management;
4. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
5. A strong team player, meticulous and attentive to details; and
6. Good interpersonal/communication skills and management capabilities.

1. 本科學(xué)士學(xué)位,6年以上招生、市場營銷或業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗;
2. 具備創(chuàng)新思維,擅長內(nèi)容策劃與創(chuàng)意開發(fā);
3. 擁有活動策劃與執(zhí)行經(jīng)驗;
4. 具備良好中文及英語的書寫、口語能力;
5. 擁有良好的團隊合作精神、謹(jǐn)慎的工作態(tài)度。
6. 具有良好的人際交往、溝通能力, 以及管理能力。
