Formally established in June 2022, the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou)(HKUST(GZ)) is a cooperatively-run university between the Chinese mainland and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. HKUST(GZ) has obtained approval from the Ministry of Education (MoE) and become the first legally-independent educational institution co-established by the Mainland and Hong Kong since the announcement and implementation of the “Outline Development Plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area” and the “Overall Plan for Deepening Globally Oriented Comprehensive Co-operation amongst Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao in Nansha of Guangzhou”. 崗位職責(zé):
1. 負(fù)責(zé)校園安全體系中的綜合協(xié)調(diào)、項(xiàng)目推進(jìn)及專項(xiàng)管理工作；
2. 負(fù)責(zé)突發(fā)事件初期處置的聯(lián)絡(luò)協(xié)調(diào)與信息報(bào)送，參與事后復(fù)盤與預(yù)案優(yōu)化；
3. 對(duì)接屬地公安/消防機(jī)構(gòu)，協(xié)調(diào)專項(xiàng)檢查迎檢工作，協(xié)助推進(jìn)整改閉環(huán)；
4. 起草校園安全相關(guān)的簡(jiǎn)報(bào)、情況報(bào)告、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)研判及年度總結(jié)等公文材料；
5. 適應(yīng)高校行政管理節(jié)奏，接受節(jié)假日等重要節(jié)點(diǎn)應(yīng)急值班值守；
6. 完成上級(jí)交辦的其他工作。

任職要求:
Qualification Requirements:
1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷，安全工程/應(yīng)急技術(shù)與管理/消防工程等安全相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先；
2. 具備政府應(yīng)急部門、高校安保處、企業(yè)EHS崗位、物業(yè)安全管理等安全類行業(yè)相關(guān)實(shí)習(xí)和工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；
3. 具備較好的文字寫作功底與公文寫作能力、熟練使用Word/Excel/PowerPoint等辦公軟件，具備PPT設(shè)計(jì)及數(shù)據(jù)可視化能力；
4. 較高的英語聽說讀寫能力、粵語熟練者優(yōu)先考慮；
5. 具備極強(qiáng)的責(zé)任心與抗壓能力且能高效管理多線程任務(wù)、具備風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)判意識(shí)及基礎(chǔ)突發(fā)事件處置邏輯、具備出色的跨部門溝通協(xié)調(diào)與項(xiàng)目推動(dòng)能力；
6. 工作主動(dòng)性強(qiáng)，具備團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神與服務(wù)意識(shí)。
This is a Mainland appointment, and the appointee will be offered a contract by HKUST(GZ) entity in accordance with the Mainland labor laws and regulations. Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
