Responsibilities
-- Market Intelligence & Research:
1) Provide regular market intelligence updates, including quarterly PV and BESS reports, bi-weekly market news, and ad-hoc desktop research on supply chain issues, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
2) Support sourcing activities for new components and services
-- Project Procurement Support:
1) Assist in coordinating and supporting procurement on specific categories
(transformers).
2) Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all post-contract tasks (bank guarantees, down payments, letters of credit, bills of lading, etc.) are completed on time to avoid delays in COD.
-- Supplier Management:
1) Maintain and update supplier profiles, prepare meeting and visit summaries, and manage supplier databases (contracts, NDA, ESG due diligence, certifications, etc.).
-- Factory Audit & Quality Assurance:
1) Participate in supplier audits and factory inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and company requirements.

1) Work closely with technical/quality, legal, and affiliates/project teams to ensure smooth procurement processes and resolve issues promptly.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Engineering, Business, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in global procurement, supply chain, or market research, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for reporting and presentations.
Analytical & Communication Skills:
1) Excellent market analysis and logical reasoning abilities.
2) Strong English communication skills (written and spoken);
Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with PV, BESS, and renewable energy technologies and supply chains.
Soft Skills:
1) Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
