1. 根據(jù)訂單及時(shí)安排國內(nèi)外貨物的進(jìn)出口運(yùn)輸。分析和優(yōu)化進(jìn)出口流程。
Timely arrange the import and export transportation of domestic and foreign goods according to the order. Analyze and optimize the import and export process.
2. 負(fù)責(zé)進(jìn)出口運(yùn)輸報(bào)關(guān)文件和清關(guān)文件的處理，并及時(shí)交付給貨代和客戶。
Be responsible for the processing of import and export transportation customs declaration documents and customs clearance documents, and timely deliver them to the freight forwarder and customers
3.了解國際和中國進(jìn)出口法律，能夠有效處理國際運(yùn)輸中出現(xiàn)的所有問題。
Knowledge of international and Chinese import and export laws and can effectively deal with all problems arising in international transportation.
4. 負(fù)責(zé)根據(jù)海關(guān)手冊(cè)協(xié)調(diào)和安排進(jìn)口貨物。
Responsible to coordinate and arrange import goods by customs book.
5.評(píng)估運(yùn)輸成本和服務(wù)，確保它們?cè)陬A(yù)算內(nèi)。
Evaluate the costs and services of transportation to ensure that they are within the budget.
6.與貨代、客戶、合同經(jīng)理和倉庫保持聯(lián)系，確保貨物按時(shí)交付，并將信息通知相關(guān)人員。
Keep in touch with the freight forwarder, customer, contract manager and warehouse, ensure that the goods are delivered on time and inform relevant personnel of the information.
7. 負(fù)責(zé)進(jìn)出口賬戶記錄的登記和驗(yàn)證，以及ERP系統(tǒng)中信息的更新和維護(hù)。
Be responsible for the registration and verification of import and export account records, and the update and maintenance of information in the ERP system.
Job requirement:
熟悉ERP進(jìn)出口模塊。
Familiar with ERP Imp & Exp module.
有機(jī)電零部件進(jìn)出口經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Experience in mechanical & electrical components import and export.
基本的數(shù)據(jù)分析技能。
Basic data analysis skills.
熟悉進(jìn)出口專業(yè)知識(shí)和相關(guān)法律。
Familiar with Imp & Exp professional knowledge and related laws.
良好的中英文溝通和協(xié)調(diào)能力。
Good communication and coordination skills both in Chinese & English.
節(jié)約運(yùn)輸成本的意識(shí)。
