Supervises: student behavior & pastoral care coordinators and form tutors
Executive Summary:
Education consultant is the leader and organizer of the students development work, and is responsible for the quality of the students development in the division.
Core Mission:
1. Establish the vision of the SD coordinators and form tutors and lead the direction of the student development work;
2. Carry out diagnostics and provide effective educational leadership
3. Be responsible for the quality of the student development work in the division
4. Understand the school’s wider development and be able to make decision form the school’s perspective.

1. 基于學(xué)校戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,育人目標(biāo),學(xué)生發(fā)展手冊(cè)要求及本學(xué)部學(xué)生發(fā)展特點(diǎn),搭建學(xué)部學(xué)生發(fā)展體系,規(guī)劃,領(lǐng)導(dǎo),監(jiān)督學(xué)部學(xué)生發(fā)展工作;
2. 支持學(xué)生發(fā)展協(xié)調(diào)員,協(xié)同全部學(xué)部老師共同關(guān)注學(xué)生身心健康的發(fā)展;對(duì)接學(xué)生中心為學(xué)部老師提供相應(yīng)的指導(dǎo),培訓(xùn),支持和資源。
3. 負(fù)責(zé)統(tǒng)籌本學(xué)部班主任/導(dǎo)師工作,搭建班級(jí)文化建設(shè),及學(xué)部建設(shè)的系列課程和講座;
4. 根據(jù)學(xué)部學(xué)生成長(zhǎng),大學(xué)申請(qǐng)及職業(yè)發(fā)展的需求,指導(dǎo)學(xué)部活動(dòng)協(xié)調(diào)員有針對(duì)性設(shè)計(jì)與組織活動(dòng);
5. 負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)同本學(xué)部學(xué)生緊急事件處理,及相關(guān)校內(nèi)外部門對(duì)接和家校溝通;
6. 參與學(xué)部學(xué)生代表及家長(zhǎng)溝通,協(xié)助學(xué)部維護(hù)良好的家校共育氛圍;
7. 參與《學(xué)部教育顧問(wèn)工作手冊(cè)》的編訂及學(xué)校的變革會(huì)議;
8. 其他由學(xué)部長(zhǎng)分配的任務(wù)。
1. Based on the school's strategic planning, education objectives, requirements of the student development handbook and the characteristics of the department's student development, build the department's student development system, plan, lead and supervise the department's student development;
2. Support the student development coordinator and cooperate with all faculty members to pay attention to the development of students' physical and mental health; The Connecting Student Centre provides appropriate guidance, training, support and resources for faculty members.
3. Responsible for leading the class form tutor/mentor work of the department, setting up the class culture construction, and a series of courses and lectures for the department construction;
4. Guide the activities coordinator of the department to design and organize activities according to the needs of students' growth, university application and career development;
5. Responsible for the emergency handling of students in the department, the connection between departments inside and outside the school and the communication between home and school;
6. Participate in the communication between student representatives and parents, and assist the department to maintain a good home-school co-education atmosphere;
7. Participated in the compilation of the Work Manual of the Faculty Education Consultant and the school's change meeting.
8. Other tasks assigned by the division leader.
職位要求:
1. 本科學(xué)歷及以上,教育、教學(xué)、心理學(xué)相關(guān)專業(yè);
2. 具有3年及以上學(xué)校中層管理或?qū)W生管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),具備國(guó)際學(xué)校管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;
3. 英文流利,具備良好的組織、協(xié)調(diào)、溝通表達(dá)以及管理能力;
4. 具有組織過(guò)大型學(xué)生活動(dòng)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)、豐富的家校溝通經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先;
5. 具備危機(jī)公關(guān)意識(shí)以及危機(jī)公關(guān)的處理能力,能夠在工作時(shí)間之外及時(shí)處理突發(fā)狀況;
6. 具備良好的師德素養(yǎng),有良好的心理素質(zhì)及團(tuán)隊(duì)精神;
7. 熱愛教育事業(yè),具有強(qiáng)烈的責(zé)任心和使命感;
8. 工作認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé),執(zhí)行力強(qiáng),品行端正,積極向上;
Position requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Education, Teaching, Psychology or related;
2. At least 3 years of middle management or student management experience in school, international school management experience is preferred;
3. Fluent in English, with good organization, coordination, communication and management skills;
4. Experience in organizing large-scale student activities, and rich experience in home-school communication is preferred;
5. Have the awareness of crisis public relations and the ability to deal with crisis public relations, can deal with emergencies in a timely manner outside working hours;
6. Have good moral accomplishment, good psychological quality and team spirit;
7. Passionate about the education industry, with a strong sense of responsibility and mission;
8. Diligent and responsible in work, strong execution ability, upright character, and positive attitude;
