Key Responsibilities:
*Business Deal Management:
l Support the CEO in identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic
business deals, partnerships, and investments.
l Assist in the negotiation, drafting, and management of contracts,
term sheets, and agreements with potential partners, clients, and stakeholders.
l Maintain a detailed pipeline of ongoing and potential deals and provide timely updates to the CEO and senior management team.
*Business Development:
l Support in business cases analysis to identify growth opportunities
within the allergy treatment industry.
l Assist the CEO in identifying new business opportunities, including
licensing agreements, joint ventures, acquisitions, and collaborations with
pharmaceutical companies and other stakeholders.
l Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing
partners, including biotech companies, academic institutions, regulatory
bodies, and investors.
l Support efforts to acquire and manage channel equity, including
negotiating investments and securing strategic partnerships.
l Prepare presentations, financial models, and business cases to
support the acquisition and investment decision-making process.
*Project and Portfolio Management:
l Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful
implementation of business development initiatives and investments.
l Assist in tracking the progress of ongoing projects and ensure
timely execution of business deals and development initiatives.
l Work closely with legal, finance, and research teams to manage and
monitor due diligence processes and project milestones.
*Strategic Support:
l Provide the CEO with research and analysis on key industry trends,
emerging technologies, and regulatory developments in the allergy drug market.
l Coordinate and manage key internal and external meetings,
presentations, and communications related to business development efforts.
l Handle confidential information and sensitive negotiations with
discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications:
*Education:
l PhD in Life Sciences / Biotechnology or a related field
preferred.
l An MBA degree is a plus.
*Experience:
l 3+ years of experience in business development, investment
management, or strategic consulting in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry,
preferably with a focus on allergy treatments or similar therapeutic areas.
l Familiarity with deal structures, contract negotiations, and
business development processes in the biotech and pharmaceutical sectors.
