外資企業(yè)英語物業(yè)管理房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)
崗位職責(zé)：
1.高管日常行程的協(xié)調(diào)、安排；
2.協(xié)助起草高管日常公文、報告等相關(guān)文書資料；
3.協(xié)助高管協(xié)調(diào)與各部門的關(guān)系，促進相關(guān)工作的推進等，協(xié)助落地項目管理流程；；
4.負責(zé)高管會務(wù)的組織安排，并對會議決議事項進行催辦、查辦和落實；
5.負責(zé)各種接待工作；
6.協(xié)助運營完成各種報告、運營管理的日常工作，包括運營管理及數(shù)據(jù)匯總分析、數(shù)據(jù)報告等；
7.組織分享及培訓(xùn)；協(xié)助部門團隊文化建設(shè)相關(guān)工作
8.負責(zé)處理領(lǐng)導(dǎo)臨時交辦的其他工作。

任職要求：
1.本科及以上學(xué)歷，行政管理、秘書等專業(yè)優(yōu)先；
2.具有較好的英文能力優(yōu)先；
3.三年以上高級管理人員專職助理或文秘等相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗；
4.熟練使用OFFICE辦公軟件，良好的書面及口頭表達能力；
5.工作細心、責(zé)任心強、學(xué)習(xí)能力和執(zhí)行能力強、良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力；
6.溝通能力強，性格有親和力；具備良好的協(xié)調(diào)能力和時間管理意識；良好的職業(yè)素養(yǎng)和職業(yè)操守。
