4. 推動團(tuán)隊優(yōu)化工藝以提升效率
Drive team to optimize the process foe better efficiency.

Can support oversea projects
【任職資格】:
1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械設(shè)備及自動化相關(guān)專業(yè)；
Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical equipment, automation or related majors.
2. 至少 8 年制造業(yè)設(shè)備及工裝夾具相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗
Minimum 8 years experience in manufacturing for Equipments and fixtures related
3. 具備設(shè)備開發(fā)及控制的基礎(chǔ)知識
Basic knowledge of equipments development and control;
4. 良好的英語口語及書面表達(dá)能力
Good command of spoken and written English;
5. 出色的演示及溝通能力
Good presentation&communication skills;
6. 至少擁有機(jī)械電子工程或自動化相關(guān)專業(yè)學(xué)士學(xué)位
Bachelor degree at least in Mechanical and Electronic Engineering or automation related.
7. 3 年以上獨立帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊的經(jīng)驗，3 年以上自動化設(shè)備相關(guān)項目經(jīng)驗
More than 3 years of independent handling teams, more than 3 years automation equipment related projects.
8. 具備團(tuán)隊建設(shè)能力，能夠培養(yǎng)團(tuán)隊成員的能力
