工作職責(zé)Work Duties:
1. 參與公司的商務(wù)咨詢、投融資咨詢項目;
Participate in business consulting, financing consulting projects;
2. 收集市場信息,溝通各方、對接各類信息;
Collect market information, communicate and coordinate different interfaces;
3. 商務(wù)分析、行業(yè)分析和數(shù)據(jù)分析;
Business analysis, industrial analysis and data analysis;
4. 起草分析報告;
Draft analysis report;
5. 完成上級交代的其它工作。
Accomplish other tasks assigned by superiors.
簡歷要求Profile Requests:
1. 經(jīng)濟(jì)財經(jīng)專業(yè)本科或碩士,有法律背景更佳;
Bachelor or master in economics, law background is a plus;
2. 一到兩年相關(guān)的投行或類似咨詢公司工作經(jīng)驗,有投資、融資或并購項目實操經(jīng)驗更佳;亦可接受非常優(yōu)秀新畢業(yè)生;
One to two years work experiences in invest bank or similar consulting firms, practical experiences in investment or financing or M & A projects is a plus; possible to accept excellent fresh-graduates;
3. 情商高,擅長溝通交流;
High EQ, good at in communication;
4. 有快速學(xué)習(xí)能力,知識面廣,中文寫作能力及文字水平強(qiáng);
Fast-learning, wide knowledge, with strong Chinese writing skills;
5. 英語口語流利,英語書寫能力強(qiáng);
Fluent oral English, good writing skills;
6. 辦公軟件技巧好;
Good at in office softwares;
7. 三觀正,認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé),做事積極,有團(tuán)隊精神。
