水果類溫室大棚農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)員助理農(nóng)藝師中級農(nóng)藝師
一、崗位職責(zé):
1. 生產(chǎn)管理協(xié)助
1) 協(xié)助制定并執(zhí)行車?yán)遄幽甓确N植計劃、采收計劃和病蟲害防治方案。
2) 監(jiān)督種植技術(shù)規(guī)范落地,包括修剪、授粉、灌溉、施肥等關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。
3) 定期巡查果園,記錄果樹生長數(shù)據(jù)及異常情況(如土壤墑情、病蟲害跡象)。
2. 現(xiàn)場運營支持
1) 協(xié)調(diào)采收期工人分工,監(jiān)督采收分揀標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化流程執(zhí)行。
2) 管理農(nóng)資庫存(農(nóng)藥/肥料/包裝材料),協(xié)助采購并建立使用臺賬。
3) 配合維護(hù)農(nóng)業(yè)機械設(shè)備,確保灌溉系統(tǒng)、溫控設(shè)備等正常運行。
3. 數(shù)據(jù)與質(zhì)量管理
1) 建立電子化種植檔案,定期分析產(chǎn)量、品質(zhì)與成本數(shù)據(jù)。
2) 協(xié)助推進(jìn)有機種植/GAP認(rèn)證等質(zhì)量體系建設(shè)。
3) 參與新品種試種及種植技術(shù)改良試驗。
4. 其他事務(wù)
1) 負(fù)責(zé)農(nóng)場經(jīng)理日程安排,包括會議、差旅、接待等,并做好相關(guān)準(zhǔn)備工作。
2) 撰寫、整理、歸檔各類文件資料,包括會議紀(jì)要、報告、合同等,確保信息準(zhǔn)確、完整。
3) 處理農(nóng)場經(jīng)理日常郵件、電話,并做好記錄和跟進(jìn)。
4) 完成農(nóng)場經(jīng)理交辦的其他臨時任務(wù)。
二、任職要求:
1. 硬性條件
1) 農(nóng)業(yè)類大專以上學(xué)歷,果樹學(xué)/園藝/植物保護(hù)專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
2) 3年以上漿果類果樹種植管理經(jīng)驗,熟悉車?yán)遄由L特性者加分。
3) 掌握常見病蟲害識別與防治技術(shù)(如褐腐病、果蠅防治)。
4) 英語口語表達(dá)。
5) 熟熟練掌握辦公軟件,熟練掌握Word、Excel,PPT。
6) 持C1駕照,適應(yīng)田間工作環(huán)境。

1) 具備田間實操能力與數(shù)據(jù)分析思維結(jié)合。
2) 出色的多任務(wù)處理能力,具備較強的組織、協(xié)調(diào)、溝通能力。
3) 具備高度的工作責(zé)任心與敬業(yè)精神, 能夠承受一定的工作壓力;為人處世成熟,工作及時跟進(jìn),時間管理到位,為人獨立,會有對別的同事的監(jiān)督工作,和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)及時反饋/溝通; 自驅(qū)力強,主動積極推進(jìn)工作。
4) 優(yōu)秀的學(xué)習(xí)能力(需持續(xù)跟進(jìn)車?yán)遄臃N植新技術(shù))。
I. Job Responsibilities:
1. Production management assistance
1)Assist in formulating and implementing the annual planting plan, harvest plan and pest control plan for cherries.
2) Supervise the implementation of planting technical standards, including key links such as pruning, pollination, irrigation and fertilization.
3) Regularly inspect the orchard, record the growth data of fruit trees and abnormal conditions (such as soil moisture and signs of pests and diseases).
2. On-site operation support
1) Coordinate the division of labor among workers during the harvest period and supervise the implementation of standardized harvesting and sorting procedures.
2) Manage the inventory of agricultural supplies (pesticides/fertilizers/packaging materials), assist in procurement and establish usage ledgers.
3) Cooperate in maintaining agricultural machinery and equipment to ensure the normal operation of irrigation systems, temperature control devices, etc.
3. Data and Quality Management
1) Establish electronic planting archives and regularly analyze data on yield, quality and cost.
2) Assist in promoting the construction of quality systems such as organic farming /GAP certification.
3) Participate in the trial planting of new varieties and the improvement experiments of planting techniques.
4. Other affairs
1) Be responsible for the schedule arrangement of the farm manager, including meetings, business trips, receptions, etc., and make relevant preparations.
2) Write, organize and file various types of documents and materials, including meeting minutes, reports, contracts, etc., to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information.
3) Handle the daily emails and phone calls of the farm manager, and keep good records and follow up.
4) Complete other temporary tasks assigned by the farm manager.
Ii. Job Requirements:
1. Hard conditions
College degree or above in agriculture, majoring in fruit science, horticulture or plant protection is preferred.
2) More than 3 years of experience in the cultivation and management of berry fruit trees. Familiarity with the growth characteristics of cherries will be given priority.
3) Master the identification and control techniques of common diseases and pests (such as brown rot and fruit fly control).
4) Oral English expression.
5) Proficient in office software, including Word, Excel and PPT.
6) Hold a C1 driver's license and be able to adapt to the working environment in the fields.

Possess the combination of practical field operation skills and data analysis thinking.
2) Excellent multitasking ability, with strong organizational, coordination and communication skills.
3) Possess a high sense of responsibility and dedication to work, and be able to withstand certain work pressure; Mature in dealing with people and matters, follow up on work in a timely manner, manage time well, be independent, have the ability to supervise other colleagues, and provide timely feedback and communication with the leader. Strong self-motivation and proactive in promoting work.
4) Excellent learning ability (continuous tracking of new cherry cultivation techniques is required).
