Qualifications：

Experience：

Main Responsibilities：
? Develop budgets and forecasts
? Analyse cost and operational performance and work with management team on continuous improvement initiatives
? Support the set-up of accounting function of new legal entity
Specific Tasks：
? Set up the budgeting and forecast system/process for business and monitoring the execution
? Develop monthly financial performance package, review with key stakeholders and develop actions for follow-up
? P&L related analysis
? Actively participate cost-saving initiative as well as other projects
? Provide support for account reconciliation and follow up on the actions
? Complete other ad-hoc task as required
Interact with business and supporting department at Chinese JV partner side to complete the task given; communicate with relevant department in MBM, such as tax, accounting, budgeting, corporate finance to align and consult for the best result.
