1.New project launch, QG process / 新項(xiàng)目導(dǎo)入，QG流程
2.Lead the project quotation in production, plan and collect input data在制造部門，負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品的報(bào)價(jià)的數(shù)據(jù)收集和規(guī)劃
3.Contact window with customer on project schedule and delivery作為與客戶對接窗口，制定新項(xiàng)目，新產(chǎn)品排程及交期
4.Coordinate internally for project launch readiness (BOM,Process, Material, Tooling)生產(chǎn)內(nèi)部協(xié)調(diào)跟蹤，確保BOM，原材料，夾具等相關(guān)準(zhǔn)備按照項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃周期進(jìn)行
5. Product document owner for process flow chart, P-FMEA and Control plan.流程圖，P-FMEA和控制計(jì)劃等產(chǎn)品文件的負(fù)責(zé)人
6.Arrange EWAK and D-sample production,follow sample quality and On time deliveryEWAK, D-sample計(jì)劃排程及生產(chǎn),確保樣件滿足質(zhì)量要求，及時(shí)交付
7.Support QMC to prepare PPAP document支持客戶質(zhì)量部門準(zhǔn)備PPAP的文件
8.Engineer Change owner / 工程變更負(fù)責(zé)人
9.Initiate Internal ECR and Coordinate ECR implementation發(fā)起內(nèi)部的工程變更，協(xié)調(diào)工程變更執(zhí)行Follow up ECR status, KPI monitoring and action plan
10.跟蹤ECR 執(zhí)行狀態(tài)，監(jiān)控ECR指標(biāo)，針對不達(dá)標(biāo)項(xiàng)，采取必要行動
11.Drive Quality & Cost & Delivery KPIs 驅(qū)動產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量、成本及交付達(dá)到各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)
12.Prepare the monthy QCD KPI report and action defined with owner每月完成QCD KPI報(bào)告與責(zé)任人制定改進(jìn)計(jì)劃
13.Regulr meeting with lead plant for KPI sharing and lesson learnt與lead plant 定期報(bào)告KPI 現(xiàn)狀，經(jīng)驗(yàn)學(xué)習(xí)分享
14.Quality issue support for delivery fulfillment, risk assesement if deviation existing協(xié)助質(zhì)量事故處理， 確保產(chǎn)品及時(shí)交付。當(dāng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量有偏差時(shí)，協(xié)調(diào)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評估
15.Owner for existing process improvement for cost reduction主導(dǎo)現(xiàn)有工藝流程的成本改進(jìn)
16.Char RPP activity for target achievement主導(dǎo)降本項(xiàng)目實(shí)施，以達(dá)成指標(biāo)
17. MAE and EWAK tooling cost plan and control設(shè)備及治工具成本預(yù)算及控制
18.Support BPS engineer to setup logitics flow setup/maintain with customer協(xié)助BPS工程師建立及維護(hù)與客戶間的logitics flow
19.New line release/new process/process change for customer approval針對新生產(chǎn)線，新工藝流程或現(xiàn)有工藝流程的改變，按照相應(yīng)要求獲得客戶批準(zhǔn)
20.Customer visit / audit 主導(dǎo)客戶到訪及審核
21.Perform task's assigned by planning manager執(zhí)行規(guī)劃經(jīng)理分配的工作
任職條件
1.Bachelor degree or above
2.2 years on project management
