工作內(nèi)容:
1. 薪酬與績效管理
1)負(fù)責(zé)審核香港地區(qū)10家養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)的月度薪酬發(fā)放,確保數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確性與合規(guī)性(包括強(qiáng)積金、個(gè)稅扣除等);
2)統(tǒng)籌制定并優(yōu)化各機(jī)構(gòu)年度績效方案,結(jié)合業(yè)務(wù)目標(biāo)設(shè)計(jì)考核指標(biāo),推動績效結(jié)果落地應(yīng)用;
3)定期分析薪酬與績效數(shù)據(jù),為管理層提供決策支持。
2. 招聘與人才配置
1)協(xié)助各養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)完成關(guān)鍵崗位(如護(hù)理、管理崗)的招聘需求分析、渠道拓展及面試評估;
2)主導(dǎo)中高層崗位的獵頭合作與人才背景調(diào)查。
3. 員工生命周期管理
1)審核各機(jī)構(gòu)員工入轉(zhuǎn)調(diào)離流程,確保符合香港勞動法規(guī)及集團(tuán)政策;
2)處理復(fù)雜勞動關(guān)系問題(如勞動爭議、離職談判),防范法律風(fēng)險(xiǎn);
3)管理員工檔案,確保人事數(shù)據(jù)完整性與合規(guī)性。
4. 合規(guī)與福利保障
1)監(jiān)督香港強(qiáng)積金(MPF)的申報(bào)與繳納,協(xié)調(diào)財(cái)務(wù)部門完成個(gè)稅申報(bào);
2)定期更新本地勞動法規(guī)政策,完善人力資源操作流程。
5. 跨機(jī)構(gòu)協(xié)同支持
1)定期走訪養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu),了解業(yè)務(wù)痛點(diǎn)并提供定制化HR解決方案;
2)推動企業(yè)文化落地,提升員工滿意度與組織效能。
Your Responsibilities
1. Compensation & Performance Management
1)Oversee monthly payroll processing for 10 elderly care institutions in Hong Kong, ensuring data accuracy and compliance (including MPF, tax deductions, etc.).
2)Develop and optimize the annual performance plans for each institution, design performance metrics aligned with business objectives, and drive the application of performance results.
3)Regularly analyze compensation and performance data to provide decision-making support for management.
2. Recruitment & Talent Allocation
1)Assist each aging care institution with recruitment needs analysis, channel development , and candidate assessments for key positions (such as nursing and management roles).
2)Lead headhunting partnerships and conduct background checks for mid-to-senior-level positions.
3. Employee Lifecycle Management
1)Review employee onboarding, transfer, promotion, and terminations at each institution to ensure compliance with Hong Kong labor laws and group policies.
2)Manage complex employee relations issues (such as employee disputes and exit negotiations) to mitigate legal risks.
3)Manage employee records to ensure the integrity and compliance of HR data.
4. Compliance & Benefits Administration
1)Supervise the reporting and payment of Hong Kong's Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) and coordinate with the finance department for tax filings.
2)Stay up to date on changes in local labor legislation and continuously refine HR procedures to maintain compliance.
5. Cross-Institutional Collaboration
1)Conduct regular site visits to understand operational issues and provide tailored HR solutions.
2)Promote corporate culture and enhance employee satisfaction and organizational effectiveness.
任職資格
教育背景:
本科及以上,人力資源、衛(wèi)生事業(yè)管理、心理學(xué)、社會保障等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先;
持有香港人力資源相關(guān)認(rèn)證(如HKIHRM)者優(yōu)先。
工作經(jīng)驗(yàn):
5年以上人力資源全盤經(jīng)驗(yàn),需具備養(yǎng)老、醫(yī)療護(hù)理、生活服務(wù)等行業(yè)背景;
熟悉香港勞動法、強(qiáng)積金條例及稅務(wù)申報(bào)流程,有處理復(fù)雜勞資糾紛的實(shí)戰(zhàn)經(jīng)驗(yàn);
具備多機(jī)構(gòu)(≥3家)HR統(tǒng)籌管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。

語言要求
普通話、粵語流利(工作語言),英語可作為書面溝通語言(需處理法規(guī)文件)
What We’re Looking For
1、Bachelor's degree in HR/Public Administration; HKIHRM certification is an asset.
2、5+ years of HRBP experience in healthcare/elderly care, with expertise in Hong Kong's Employment Ordinance and Minimum Wage Ordinance is preferred.
3、Proficient in using Excel and HRIS systems, with the ability to identify business issues from data.
4、Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, with strong written English skills for reviewing and drafting HR/legal documents.
