Accounting, logistics and Admin Officer
Minimum 5 years working experience in accounting and admin.
Sharp and Organised, rigorous, very careful with figures.
Necessary languages: English and mandarin

Job Description
- Assist the General Manager on all accounting and admin tasks in China.
- As Accounts officer, you have to handle the payments to suppliers and invoice the customers. You also have to deal with the daily expenses and monthly payments.
- Most of the trade flows are international (suppliers in Asia, customers in Europe), so good practice and experience of international transactions as well as garment export declaration in China are required.
- Control suppliers’ invoices and packing lists; issue corresponding invoices to customers.
- Process transactions by E-Banking.
- Daily follow up the payables and receivables, chase customers for payments,
- Liaise with accounting firm and keep good performance for process tax refund on export of goods.
- Liaise with accounting firm for annual audit and trimester management report.
- Liaise with the bank of inward payment and outward remittance.
- Handle all transactions paperwork, keep clear records and hard copies filing, including full sets shipping documents.
- Enter the transactions data in our follow up tool and preparing monthly reports to head office.

Requirements:
- At least a bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Good practice of excel.

- Calm, sharp, clear and careful with figures are necessary personal skills for the job.
- High sense of responsibility is also a must.
- Generous and agile in work, to well match with the team’s culture.

Salary Negotiable

- 與會計師事務(wù)所保持聯(lián)系,確保出口退稅流程順利進行。
- 與會計師事務(wù)所聯(lián)系,安排年度審計和季度管理報告。
- 與銀行聯(lián)系處理匯入款項和匯出款項。
- 處理所有交易文件,保持清晰的記錄并進行硬拷貝歸檔,包括全套貨運單據(jù)。
- 在我們的跟進工具中輸入交易數(shù)據(jù),并為總部準備月度報告。
- 至少擁有會計學(xué)士學(xué)位
- 熟練掌握 Excel 的使用。
