Key Responsibilities:

  8. Inspire students to be passionate, curious and excited learners.
  9. Set consistently high standards.
  10. Develop effective approaches to learning in students.
  11. Monitor, evaluate and develop teaching.
  12. Assist the pupils to become independent, life-long learners.
  13. Make effective use of resources and ensure improved standards of learning, high performance and achievement for all students.
  14. Link pupil’s knowledge to earlier learning whilst developing ways to encourage it further.
The ideal candidate will be/have:.
  1. Significant knowledge and experience of teaching Chinese domestically in China.
  2. Significant knowledge and experience of teaching both national and IB courses.
  3. Experience of working with Management teams.
  4. Qualified teacher and a relevant international jurisdiction.
  5. 3-6YR Experience.
  6. Qualified to bachelor’s degree level or above
  7. Qualified Teaching Status
  8. Fluency in English
  9. Evidence of innovating and adapting curricula to engage students and enable them to perform highly
  10. Work in partnership with parents
  11. Excellent oral and written communication skills
  12. Strong use of technology for administration and teaching
