As an order manager, you will responsible for leading the team on the execution of purchasing orders, track the production process of orders, and ensure that orders are completed on time, in right quantity and with right quality. Complete the record and management work corresponding to the order. Leading the team on analyze bottlenecks in the order management process, promote process standardization and automation improvements (e.g., introducing an order management system), and enhance overall order processing efficiency. Leading the team on daily work, set team goals and performance evaluation standards, and organize employee training to improve the team's professional capabilities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

— Collect and review the supplier's bulk pictures to see if the products, labels, packaging, etc. are consistent with the order;

— Check prices with suppliers, issue invoices for payment application and follow the payment from HQ, as well as payments to suppliers;

— Complete other tasks assigned by head of department;

— Develop team members' capabilities and competencies to respond to rapid operational and market changes.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
崗位要求:
— Bachelor degree or above in science& engineering, international trade, English or related majors;
具備理工科,國(guó)際貿(mào)易、英語(yǔ)或者相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷;
— More than 5 years working experience as order team manager with huge skus/order management;
5年以上訂單團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),優(yōu)先考慮有龐大訂單數(shù)量管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)者;
— Familiar with office software;
熟練應(yīng)用辦公室軟件;
— Good English speaking, reading,listening and writing skills;
良好的英文聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)能力;
— Be dedicated, rigorous, and careful at work, and has strong sense of responsibility;
