市場(chǎng)：
1、進(jìn)行市場(chǎng)調(diào)研及分析，制定市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)戰(zhàn)略和規(guī)劃；
2、潛在市場(chǎng)的開(kāi)發(fā)和跟蹤，推廣公司產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)；
3、企業(yè)文化宣傳和企業(yè)品牌形象管理；
4、市場(chǎng)活動(dòng)策劃與執(zhí)行，組織和執(zhí)行包括開(kāi)業(yè)儀式、展會(huì)、行業(yè)會(huì)議等市場(chǎng)推廣活動(dòng)；
銷(xiāo)售：
1、依據(jù)銷(xiāo)售戰(zhàn)略和規(guī)劃，制定銷(xiāo)售策略和計(jì)劃；
2、客戶(hù)關(guān)系建立、維護(hù)和發(fā)展；

崗位要求：
1、本科或以上學(xué)歷；
2、具備關(guān)于民航發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)產(chǎn)品以及維修的基本知識(shí)；
3、優(yōu)秀的英文聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)能力，能夠參加全英文會(huì)議，能夠起草、談判和解讀復(fù)雜的英文合同；
4、5~10年市場(chǎng)和銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)驗(yàn)，民航業(yè)市場(chǎng)和銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先；
5、良好的商務(wù)意識(shí)、與客戶(hù)的談判能力和服務(wù)意識(shí)；
6、具備良好的溝通表達(dá)能力，跨部門(mén)溝通和協(xié)作能力；
7、良好的抗壓能力，目標(biāo)感強(qiáng)，能聚焦結(jié)果，及時(shí)完成和交付任務(wù)。

The newly established company will gradually provide MRO maintenance support for Rolls-Royce Trent 700, Trent XWB-84 and Trent 1000 engines, with plans to operate at maximum capacity by the mid-2030s. It can support 250 Trent series engines into the factory for maintenance every year. The facility will offer MRO services to Air China as well as other airline customers based in Greater China and beyond. BAESL is the first joint venture company of Trent series in Chinese Mainland and the fourth in the world for Rolls Royce global maintenance network. The establishment marks a solid step forward in the cooperation between Air China and Rolls-Royce in the field of civil engine after-sales maintenance. This move will enrich the coverage of Air China's maintenance section and expand the scope of engine overhaul capabilities, effectively promote the development of the aircraft maintenance industry, effectively reduce the operation and support risk of high-thrust engines, improve the operation level of Aviation China fleet, and further protect the flight safety of the airlines’ fleet.
