Tasks and responsibilities：
? Cooperate
with the team to create the corresponding HMI technical specifications,
including HMI Framework,Concept, statechart, graphic, skinning, text
? According to the functional and
regulation requirements, manage resources to finish the HMI tasks, with support
from different stakeholders to ensure delivery and complete approval
recommendation
? Establish and maintain different
Stakeholders network of CAG, JVs and supplier to improve cooperation
by HMI developing, integration and testing
? Define HMI development processes as
guidance for team and relevant parties.
? Create and maintain development
timing plan with designer and HMI FO, tracking and pushing forward the blocking
point to ensure the in time delivery
? Organize testing activities, manage
error tickets and organize the debugging activities
? Align with other Project managers,
keep control of Change management
? Use Jira ticket system to track,
push, manage and inform status and
progress

Qualifications
Experience:
? University degree in engineering,
computer science or related majors
? Working experience in automotive
industry, OEM preferred
? Working experience with W is an
advantage
Skills:
? Knowledge of HMI Framework,Concept,
statechart, graphic, skinning, text,
? Knowledge of connectivity and
infotainment functions
? Working Experience of project management, relevant certification is
an advantage
? Knowledge of software development
? Well-founded technical
understanding in EE related field in theory and exercise.
? Good team player and excellent
communication skills.
? Good analysis capability, logical
and lateral thinking.
? Strong ability to handle conflicts
constructively.

Language:
? Excellent business language skills
in English mandatory.
? German is an advantage.
