MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES:
主要工作職責(zé):
1. Handles all incoming group inquiries. Effectively leads the customer through the sales process to the point of a signed contract/offer. Communicate and coordinate with the Food & Beverage Department regarding the special demands of group customers.

2. Maintains or increases current account production for group, transient business.

3. Identifies new or existing markets/accounts that meet property sales strategy.
開發(fā)適合酒店戰(zhàn)略需要的新客戶或市場(chǎng)。
4. Exhausts all avenues to sell hotel through alternative dates and/or rates.
在可選日期與價(jià)格范圍內(nèi),盡力銷售酒店產(chǎn)品。
5. Achieve sales targets for guest rooms and banquets in their responsible areas respectively.
完成各自負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域的客房和宴會(huì)的銷售目標(biāo)。
6. Perform the duties assigned by the hotel under the supervision of the DOSM.
在市場(chǎng)銷售總監(jiān)的督導(dǎo)下履行酒店賦予的職責(zé)。
7. Keep and update sales records.

SPECIFIC DUTIES

1. Understands or is familiar with the fundamentals of assigned accounts Manages larger, focus accounts or special segments.

4. Determines the account’s needs, Marriott’s objectives, and marketing activities of each assigned market/account.
確認(rèn)客戶的需求、萬(wàn)豪的目標(biāo),以及細(xì)分市場(chǎng)/客戶的戰(zhàn)略。
5. Presents the benefits of the hotel to the customer.
向客戶介紹酒店可提供的各項(xiàng)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)計(jì)劃及優(yōu)惠政策
6. Drives/manages account transient, group production through improved customer loyalty by excellent account management.
通過(guò)有效的客戶管理,提高客戶忠誠(chéng)度及散客、團(tuán)隊(duì)的產(chǎn)量。
7. Negotiates transient rates for assigned accounts.
與客戶商討公司散客價(jià)。
8. Prospects new business through phone solicitation, outside sales calls, customer visits to the hotel, trade shows, sales blitzes, direct mail, newspaper/journal research and other customer interaction or research.
通過(guò)電話咨詢、銷售拜訪、接待客戶來(lái)訪、旅游展會(huì)、新聞媒體、市場(chǎng)調(diào)查等多種手段拓展新客戶。
9. Develops marketing intelligence: new product ideas, competition activities, new customer trends and performance.
獲取市場(chǎng)情報(bào):如新的項(xiàng)目、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手的活動(dòng)、市場(chǎng)動(dòng)向及表現(xiàn)。
10. Spends majority of time in face-to-face customer interaction outside of the hotel.
分配大部分的工作時(shí)間拜訪客戶。
11. Strives to meet measurable targets and goals, as assigned for individual and team.
努力達(dá)成個(gè)人及團(tuán)隊(duì)的目標(biāo)(可測(cè)量)。
12. Implements training programs to improve sales efficiency and staff development.

13. Site inspection.

14. Clearly understand the sales targets of other areas, and subdivide them by year/month/week goals in the sales plan in advance.

15. Keep regular contact with both existing and potential customers.

21. Interact with guests in a professional manner, focusing on their demands and feedback.

27. Submit weekly and monthly reports to the DOSM.

29. Participate in sales meetings and communicate with sales director on customer trends and market trends, and make timely update.

33. Follow Marriott Information safety and protection policy and associate privacy policy, have a clear understanding of PCI, high-risk information, restricted information, non-public information and public information. When work in the company strictly abide by all kinds of information processing regulations, correctly handle all kinds of data and documents, to avoid information leakage.
