確保年度學(xué)習(xí)與發(fā)展計(jì)劃的指定和實(shí)施,以解決和縮小績(jī)效表現(xiàn)差距。 (4)Deliver all brand customer service and quality standards training to all members of the team; 為團(tuán)隊(duì)成員提供品牌服務(wù)和質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的培訓(xùn)。 (5)Maintain accurate reporting on the Learning & Development delivery and learning programs implemented;
