-建立及管理校內(nèi)各創(chuàng)新空間及資源
-圍繞學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新能力引入創(chuàng)新教育資源

-聯(lián)動周邊產(chǎn)學(xué)研資源
-對接并協(xié)助轉(zhuǎn)化學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)成果
-其它部門領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的事宜
-Establish and manage on-campus innovation spaces and related resources
-Introduce innovative educational resources to foster students’ innovation capabilities
-Provide support for student academic competitions and innovation & entrepreneurship projects
-Coordinate with surrounding industry-university-research resources
-Facilitate the connection and commercialization of students' innovation and entrepreneurial outcomes
-Handle other tasks assigned by departmental leadership
二、任職要求
Educational background: Bachelor’s degree or above; a Master’s degree is preferred.
Major: Degree in technological innovation, marketing, instructional design, or a related discipline.
Language preference: Proficient in written and spoken communication in both Chinese and English.
Others: Excellent project management skills, capable of planning, coordinating, and delivering multiple projects simultaneously. Creative and innovative thinker. Ability to integrate on-campus and external industry-university-research resources. Outstanding communication skills to collaborate effectively with students, faculty, and external stakeholders. Quick to understand or identify industry needs, user demands, and opportunities for technological innovation. Committed to world-leading university education values; experience in a similar role at a top-tier university with demonstrated achievements.
This position requires an English interview and a written test.
