Job Responsibilities:
1.Take the lead in the entire cycle development of new energy projects, including site selection assessment, feasibility study, project approval, and grid connection plan approval.
2. Develop regional project development strategies, expand project resources, and facilitate the signing of government cooperation agreements.
3. Coordinate with government departments, handle key procedures, prepare project investment analysis reports, bidding documents and business contracts, and lead negotiation and risk management of the cooperation.
4. Establish a standardized process for project development, improve the review mechanism and the control system for milestone nodes.
5. Manage the development team and guide subordinates to complete market research, customer development, and technical solution coordination.
Job Requirements:
1 Education and Major: Bachelor's degree or above. Candidates with majors in electrical engineering, energy engineering, engineering management, marketing, etc. are preferred.
2. Experience Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in new energy project development. Have led the entire development process of at least 1 photovoltaic/wind power project with a capacity of over 10MW, and the cumulative development capacity should be no less than 50MW.
3. Core Competence: Proficient in project feasibility analysis, risk assessment, and investment return calculation.
4. Comprehensive Qualifications: Capable of adapting to frequent business trips and project on-site requirements. Candidates with a driver's license and those fluent in English will be given priority.
