財(cái)務(wù)分析總賬會(huì)計(jì)應(yīng)收應(yīng)付財(cái)務(wù)/審計(jì)/稅務(wù)

工作職責(zé):

1.Ensure timely and accurate closing and group financial reporting submission;

2.Ensure analysis for unusual fluctuation items of BS & PL are provided timely and follow up

further action;

3.Regular review and approve BSR (balance sheet reconciliation) and timely escalate to mgt for

issues;

4.Prepare GL team KPI report and analysis;

5.Review and sign off GL activities SOP/OPM;

6.Provide guidance to the team for business problem solving and escalate to delivery mgt if still

cannot

be resolved;

7.Support and participate in the projects and initiatives assigned by Mgt team;

8.Propose, support and participate in GL team's continuous improvement;

9.Plan and coordinate training needs and course, conduct training/sharing to team;

10.Assist internal/external audit process (document review) and follow up audit queries.

任職要求:

1.Bachelor's degree;

2.Professional Qualification in Accounting/Finance or holder of a recognized professional

qualification;

3.At least 4-5 years of relevant working experience Continuous Learning;

4.Possess experience in GL function;

5.Experience in a Shared Service Centre is an advantage;

6.Preferably have experience in audit and tax;7.Possess strong leadership to ensure services provided to the stakeholders are in alignment

with the goals and objectives of corporate, region and country;

8.A team player and committed to continuous improvement of key performance areas;

9.Strong communications and interpersonal skills with a good command of English and Mandarin;

10.Good perspective in achieving results both short and long term;

11.Computer literate and competent in Microsoft office, preferably have experience in

SAP&Oracle.
