崗位職責(zé):
1. 危險(xiǎn)品倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理。負(fù)責(zé)特運(yùn)庫(kù)區(qū)日常危險(xiǎn)品倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理,參與危險(xiǎn)品作業(yè)流程演練、危庫(kù)管理制度及操作規(guī)范的制定與優(yōu)化,確保符合IATA DGR及國(guó)家民航局相關(guān)法規(guī)要求。
2. 環(huán)境監(jiān)控與安全。實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控危險(xiǎn)品存儲(chǔ)環(huán)境(溫濕度、通風(fēng)等),協(xié)助開(kāi)展庫(kù)區(qū)安全檢查,識(shí)別并整改安全隱患,參與應(yīng)急事件處置。
3. 系統(tǒng)維護(hù)與數(shù)據(jù)管理。配合貨站危險(xiǎn)品管理系統(tǒng)的日常維護(hù)與數(shù)據(jù)錄入,確保信息準(zhǔn)確可追溯,維護(hù)系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。
4. 團(tuán)隊(duì)指導(dǎo)與培訓(xùn)。指導(dǎo)團(tuán)隊(duì)成員規(guī)范操作,組織危險(xiǎn)品相關(guān)知識(shí)培訓(xùn),提升團(tuán)隊(duì)專(zhuān)業(yè)能力。
5. 合規(guī)與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)執(zhí)行。監(jiān)督危險(xiǎn)品操作流程,確保符合國(guó)際航空運(yùn)輸協(xié)會(huì)(IATA)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及企業(yè)安全規(guī)范。
任職要求:
1. 學(xué)歷與專(zhuān)業(yè):大專(zhuān)及以上學(xué)歷,物流管理、航空運(yùn)輸、危險(xiǎn)品管理等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)優(yōu)先。
2. 經(jīng)驗(yàn)與技能:5年以上航空貨站、機(jī)場(chǎng)或物流企業(yè)危險(xiǎn)品操作經(jīng)驗(yàn),其中至少2年庫(kù)區(qū)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。熟悉航空危險(xiǎn)品分類(lèi)、包裝、標(biāo)識(shí)及運(yùn)輸流程,掌握IATA DGR、《中國(guó)民用航空危險(xiǎn)品運(yùn)輸管理規(guī)定》等法規(guī)。
3. 證書(shū)要求:持有CBTA 7.3或其他IATA相關(guān)培訓(xùn)資質(zhì)證書(shū)者優(yōu)先。
4. 語(yǔ)言與計(jì)算機(jī):熟練的英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)能力,可閱讀英文危險(xiǎn)品操作手冊(cè)及法規(guī)文件;熟練使用Office辦公軟件及物流管理系統(tǒng)。
5. 核心素質(zhì):責(zé)任心強(qiáng),具備風(fēng)險(xiǎn)判斷與問(wèn)題解決能力,能應(yīng)對(duì)突發(fā)操作異常,適應(yīng)輪班工作制。

Job Responsibilities:
1. Dangerous Goods Warehouse Management. Responsible for daily dangerous goods warehouse management in special transportation warehouse areas, participating in dangerous goods operation procedure drills, and formulating and optimizing dangerous warehouse management systems and operating specifications to ensure compliance with IATA DGR and relevant regulations of the Civil Aviation Administration of China.
2. Environmental Monitoring and Safety. Monitor the storage environment of dangerous goods (temperature, humidity, ventilation, etc.) in real-time, assist in conducting warehouse safety inspections, identify and rectify potential safety hazards, and participate in emergency incident handling.
3. System Maintenance and Data Management. Cooperate with the daily maintenance and data entry of the cargo terminal's dangerous goods management system to ensure accurate and traceable information, and maintain system stability.
4. Team Guidance and Training. Guide team members to operate in a standardized manner and organize training on knowledge related to dangerous goods to enhance team professional capabilities.
5. Compliance and Standards Execution. Supervise dangerous goods operation processes to ensure compliance with International Air Transport Association (IATA) standards and corporate safety regulations.
Qualifications:
1. Education and Major: College diploma or above, preference given to majors in Logistics Management, Air Transportation, Dangerous Goods Management, or related fields.
2. Experience and Skills: Over 5 years of dangerous goods operation experience in air cargo terminals, airports, or logistics enterprises, with at least 2 years of warehouse area management experience. Familiar with the classification, packaging, marking, and transportation processes of air dangerous goods; proficient in regulations such as IATA DGR and the Civil Aviation Dangerous Goods Transportation Management Regulations of China.
3. Certification Requirements: Preference will be given to candidates holding CBTA 7.3 certification or other IATA-related training qualification certificates.
4. Language and Computer: Proficient English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, able to read English dangerous goods operation manuals and regulatory documents; proficient in using Office software and logistics management systems.
5. Core Competencies: Strong sense of responsibility, possess risk judgment and problem-solving abilities, capable of responding to sudden operational abnormalities, and adaptable to shift work systems.
