Job Responsibilities: 1. Cargo Loading and Verification: Responsible for loading outbound cargo onto designated flights and verifying cargo quantity, specifications, destination and other information. 2. Cargo Handover Coordination: Coordinate cargo handover with relevant interface units to ensure accurate transmission of cargo information. 3. Safety Inspection Execution: Conduct necessary safety inspections on outbound cargo to ensure compliance with aviation transportation safety requirements. 4. Plan Dynamic Adjustment: Adjust cargo warehouse release and loading plans according to flight dynamics to ensure timely cargo departure. 5. Statistical Reporting Assistance: Assist supervisors in cargo outbound statistics work and fill out related reports and documents.
Qualifications: 1. Education and Major: College diploma or above, preference given to majors in Logistics Management, Air Transportation or related fields. 2. Experience and Skills: Over 5 years of relevant work experience in cargo terminal warehouse areas, participated in at least one production system upgrade or equipment debugging project, familiar with UAT testing processes. 3. Certification Requirements: Preference given to candidates holding CBTA 7.2/7.4 training qualification certificates. 4. Language and Computer: Basic English reading and writing skills to identify English cargo labels and operation instructions; proficient in using related operating systems. 5. Core Competencies: Strong sense of responsibility, good teamwork ability, adaptable to high-intensity working environment, emphasis on operational safety.
