Nature and Scope: · This position provides day-to-day sales activities between customers and internal technical team (Technical Proposal) including monitor customer movement, customer feedback collection, push internally technical proposal toward customer interests and deliver on time. · The Sales Manager has to follow market trends, identifying opportunities, creating an account strategy towards customers for our products & revamping and services. · He/She is responsible for market/competitor analysis through product bench market collection, and controlling the sales process, managing customer interests, identify customer stakeholder function, guild/influence key decision maker, maintain customer satisfaction until achieve final contracts. Key Responsibilities: · Create and execute a strategic account plan towards target customer group. · Accompany prospective customers from first contact to closing of contract. · Manage customer relationship. · Manage customer expectations during proposal & negotiation phase. · Negotiate with customers (new sales, upgrades, service contracts). · Explain and demonstrate the sold products/solutions and think strategically with the customer (requires in depth knowledge of product line and its applications). Qualifications: · Engineering or mixed technical background within Metals Industry with project experience for flat cold rolling, processing for CS and Si-steel. · Deep knowledge Sales & marketing approach. · Good English in listening, writing, reading and speaking. · Able to think out of the box, quickly identify key decision-makers in complex relationships. · Able to work in autonomy and to communicate with different stakeholders with good negotiation skills. · Able to discuss technical solutions and is aware of the potential corresponding impacts. · Technical Knowledge of sector portfolio and key technical differentiators. · Coordinate global multifunctional/multicultural teams. · Stress Resistantand solid team Spirit, Self motivation with high accountability · Candidate need to be target originated, hungry and proactive toward his job.
