工作內(nèi)容
1. 從基層做起，熟悉和了解整個集團和商務(wù)部的運作流程與工作內(nèi)容；
2. 參與多部門多崗位安排的工作，以深入了解企業(yè)的運營和管理流程，根據(jù)專業(yè)背景及輪崗期學(xué)習(xí)情況向集團下屬各業(yè)務(wù)線輸送；
3. 接受公司在自我管理、工作技能、行業(yè)知識等方面的培訓(xùn)，主動學(xué)習(xí)提升，并制定自己的成長目標(biāo)，努力實現(xiàn)個人規(guī)劃。
任職要求：
1. 全球QS100院校畢業(yè)以及國內(nèi)雙一流及以上院校，室內(nèi)設(shè)計、工商管理、市場營銷、供應(yīng)鏈管理、工程管理、人力資源類專業(yè)；
2. 工作踏實，具備較強的責(zé)任心和執(zhí)行力；
3. 具備團隊合作精神，能夠有效協(xié)調(diào)各部門的工作；
4. 具有良好英語口語及書寫能力，懂粵語優(yōu)先考慮；
5. 可接受在深港兩地發(fā)展優(yōu)先考慮。
管培生入職先在深圳總部接受培訓(xùn)，培訓(xùn)考核通過后安排在深圳或香港工作。
香港工作地點：香港觀塘區(qū)海濱道165號尚居生活大廈
