Coordinate with the local finance shared service center (SSC) to ensure accurate and timely month-end closing and reconciliations. ? Ad hoc analysis per business requirement Internal Control & Compliance ? Implement and monitor global internal control frameworks to safeguard assets and ensure compliance. ? Conduct periodic risk assessments and lead remediation of internal/ external audit findings. ? Partner with the Tax Manager to ensure accurate monthly tax filings (VAT, CIT, surcharges), transfer pricing compliance, and adherence to local/ international tax regulations. Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration ? Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving sustainable growth through cross-functional collaboration and financial discipline. ? Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. ?
