崗位職責(zé):
1. HSE and risk control HSE及風(fēng)險控制 Implementing BANC HSE standards, identify the risks in co-product business. Report to sales manager and prepare action plans. Execute the action plan once approved by management to minimize Adisseo exposure to risks.
執(zhí)行公司HSE標(biāo)準(zhǔn),識別副產(chǎn)品銷售、交付等中業(yè)務(wù)的風(fēng)險。向銷售經(jīng)理報告并準(zhǔn)備相應(yīng)的行動計劃,并在得到管理層批準(zhǔn)后組織實施,最小化安迪蘇面臨的風(fēng)險。
2. MARKETING 市場 Collect co-product (Sulfuric Acid & Sodium Thiomethoxide) market information, customer feedback and identify potential market opportunities.
收集相關(guān)副產(chǎn)品(硫酸及甲硫醇鈉)的市場信息,收集客戶的反饋,對市場的潛在機(jī)會有自己的判斷。
Participate in Adisseo’s co-product value improvement projects.
參與公司副產(chǎn)品價值提升項目。
3. Sales 銷售 Follow up on sales plan execution and create weekly sales reports.
跟進(jìn)銷售計劃的執(zhí)行,每周形成銷售報告。
Follow up on co-product payment and report to sales manager timely and regularly.
跟進(jìn)副產(chǎn)品的回款情況,及時向銷售經(jīng)理匯報。
Independently develop Sulfuric Acid customers and improve product sales prices.
獨立開發(fā)硫酸客戶,提升產(chǎn)品售價。
Control the inventory of Sulfuric Acid at a safe level to ensure the normal production of powder methionine.
管控硫酸庫存處在安全水平,保障固體蛋氨酸正常生產(chǎn)。
Track the entire export sales process of Sulfuric Acid.
跟進(jìn)硫酸出口銷售全流程。
Synergy with SBU to complete Sulfuric Acid projects.
協(xié)同SBU完成硫酸產(chǎn)品相關(guān)項目。
Maintain customer, deliver customer requirements, and communicate internally, improve customer satisfaction.
開發(fā)、維護(hù)客戶,傳達(dá)客戶需求,提升客戶滿意度。
Complete daily activities assigned by sales manager.
完成銷售經(jīng)理安排的其他日常銷售相關(guān)工作。
4. AT88 sales suppoting AT88銷售支持 Support sales manager on co-product customer visit coordination.
協(xié)助銷售經(jīng)理完成副產(chǎn)品的客戶接待工作
5. Others 其他 Other tasks assigned by supervisors.
其它由上級主管安排的相關(guān)工作事項。
任職要求:
1.Bachelor’s Degree in Sales&Marketing, trading or related Major
學(xué)歷:本科及以上 專業(yè):銷售、市場或者國際貿(mào)易相關(guān)專業(yè)
2.1-3 years’ working experience in chemical product sales
1-3年化工品市場銷售經(jīng)驗
3.Excellent communication skills
具備良好的人際交往、溝通能力、學(xué)習(xí)能力
4.Good sales skill.
良好的銷售能力
5.Problem-solving skills
良好的問題解決能力
6.Fluent English speaking and writing
良好的英語交流和寫作能力
7.Fluent on Microsoft office set

8.Familiar with the Sulfuric Acid or Chemical market
