6. Familiarity with B2B websites such as Made in China, Alibaba, Global Sources, as well as customs import and export data is preferred.
7. Proficient in using search engines like Google to identify potential customers effectively.
8. Prior knowledge of the mold industry is advantageous.

We offer a salary plus commission system. The commission is 3% of the sales amount as per the PO. If the annual sales target set by the company is achieved, an additional 1% of the annual sales amount will be awarded as a bonus. Moreover, employees who have worked in the company for over one year will receive a double salary for one month. The annual salary of most of our company's business staff ranges from 250,000 to 400,000 yuan.
