Job Purpose
崗位使命:
Own the full life-cycle of Low-Voltage-Motor quotations, delivery, and after-sales support for ILM customers worldwide. Act as the single point of contact between engineering, production, supply-chain, and global sales teams to secure fast, competitive, and reliable motor solutions.
全面負責(zé)ILM全球客戶低壓電機的報價,協(xié)調(diào)交付及售后支持,成為工程、制造、供應(yīng)鏈及全球銷售團隊之間的唯一對接窗口,確保為客戶提供快速、具競爭力且可靠的電機解決方案。
The Role
工作職責(zé):
1. Quotation & Pricing報價與定價
? Prepare and issue accurate quotations for LVM motors within agreed lead-times. 在規(guī)定時間內(nèi),準(zhǔn)確完成低壓電機的報價;
? Maintain and continuously improve quotation tools維護并持續(xù)優(yōu)化報價工具。
2.Order & Delivery Management訂單與交付管理
? Track Forecast and Order Receive status; align with factory planners to secure achievable lead-times. 跟蹤預(yù)測與訂單接收狀態(tài),與工廠計劃部門協(xié)同鎖定可行交期;
? Coordinate urgent orders, shortages, and change requests until final delivery. 協(xié)調(diào)緊急訂單、缺料及變更需求,直至最終交付。
3.Product & Market Support產(chǎn)品及市場支持
? Provide day-to-day product-management support— work alongside the Product Manager on spec clarifications, substitutions, phase-outs, and new-product ramp-up. 提供日常產(chǎn)品管理支持——與產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理一起技術(shù)規(guī)格澄清、型號替換、停產(chǎn)管理及新產(chǎn)品爬坡;
? Conduct regular business analysis (margin, price trend, market share) and recommend corrective actions. 定期開展業(yè)務(wù)分析(利潤率、價格走勢、市場份額)并提出改進建議。
4.Customer & Service Coordination客戶服務(wù)與售后協(xié)調(diào)
? Arrange and accompany customer factory visits; ensure professional technical presentations and line audits. 安排并陪同客戶工廠參觀,負責(zé)技術(shù)講解與產(chǎn)線審核
? Coordinate LVM service activities—warranty, spare parts, retrofits—working closely with the Service Center. 協(xié)調(diào)低壓電機售后服務(wù)——保修、備件、改造,與服務(wù)中心緊密合作。
5.Cross-Functional & Knowledge Management跨部門協(xié)作與知識管理
? Capture and share engineering motor knowledge (design rules, lessons learned, best practices) in the global database. 將電機工程知識(設(shè)計規(guī)范、經(jīng)驗教訓(xùn)、最佳實踐)沉淀至全球數(shù)據(jù)庫
? Support business teams with motor-related data, drawings, and approvals. 為業(yè)務(wù)團隊提供電機相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)、圖紙及認證支
6.Continuous Improvement持續(xù)改進
? Identify process gaps and drive lean initiatives to shorten quote-to-cash cycle time. 識別流程瓶頸,主導(dǎo)精益項目以縮短“報價—回款”周期。
Your profile
職位要求:
? 3+ years of hands-on experience with low-voltage motors (design, application, or manufacturing). 3年以上低壓電機設(shè)計、應(yīng)用或制造實操經(jīng)驗
? Solid commercial acumen: proven ability to build business cases, interpret cost structures, and negotiate value. 具備扎實商業(yè)敏感度:能夠構(gòu)建商業(yè)案例、解讀成本結(jié)構(gòu)并進行價值談判;
? Track record of working seamlessly with engineering, operations, finance, and HQ sales organizations. 有與工程、運營、財務(wù)及總部銷售團隊協(xié)同工作的成功記錄
? English can be used as a working language—comfortable leading global conference calls and writing technical proposals. 英語可以作為工作語言,能夠主持全球電話會議并撰寫技術(shù)方案
